PERSONALIZED HANDS-ON INTERVENTION
I will design an intervention program specific to your body’s needs. Almost all of the therapy session is hands-on, allowing the therapist to assess where mobility is lacking and where stability and strengthening need to be established. We only get one body. We will benefit from taking care of it and allowing it to function optimally.
GOAL FOCUSED
I believe my job is to work myself out of a job. I encourage home exercises and self care to facilitate the best outcomes and create independence in my patients. My goal is to manage most complaints in 6-8 visits.
Our Services
50 minute appointment - $90
Best structured for a follow up visit. Hands-on treatment and individualized exercise progression to get you back to doing all of things you love to do.
75 minute appointment - $120
Best for initial visits or follow up visits that need a little more time. Ideal length when addressing multiple body parts.
90 minute appointment - $150
Best for covering multiple body parts or wanting to take advantage of multiple modalities: ie. craniosacral therapy and traditional physical therapy.
